Dress code policy requires all direct support professionals and LPN’s/RN’s to wear an Austen-Dooley company t-shirt during business hours. If the company shirt is not worn, you will be sent home to change and will NOT be compensated for that time.
After two weeks on shift, new team members are to contact your city's main office and schedule a time to pick up your t-shirts ($10 each, deducted through payroll), and have your ID badge photo taken. Management cannot deliver your shirts to you. Sweatshirts are available for purchase in gray, blue, or black for $20, deducted through payroll.
