NEW INFO:

All team members should have received the new "Sample Paystub" at the last team meetings. The example tells you how to read your pay stub, explaining all columns and codes. Please refer to this before you call with paycheck questions. If you did not receive it, please call your city's office to request a copy.


Uniform

Dress code policy requires all direct support professionals and LPN’s/RN’s to wear an Austen-Dooley company t-shirt during business hours. If the company shirt is not worn, you will be sent home to change and will NOT be compensated for that time. After two weeks on shift, new team members are to contact your city's main office and schedule a time to pick up your t-shirts ($10 each, deducted through payroll), and have your ID badge photo taken. Management cannot deliver your shirts to you. Sweatshirts are available for purchase in gray, blue, or black for $20, deducted through payroll.
