Dress code policy requires all direct support professionals and LPN’s/RN’s to wear an Austen-Dooley company t-shirt during business hours. If the company shirt is not worn, you will be sent home to change and will NOT be compensated for that time.
It is your responsibility to pick up your shirts. Call your city's main office to schedule a time to get them. New hires should call to get shirts 2 weeks after their first day on shift. You will also have your ID badge photo taken and receive your ID when you pick up your shirts. Sweatshirts are available to be ordered in gray or blue for $20.
It is each employees’ responsibility to stay up to date on training. If your training is expired, you will NOT be put on shift.
