This month we are spotlighting Christina M. who works in Springfield as a DSP. She has been an ADC team member for four years this coming May! We appreciate Christina because she is amazing with the clients. She always goes above and beyond what is required of her job, doing things like working extra shifts or switching houses without question and with a positive attitude.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Austen-Dooley?
A: I just enjoy interacting with the clients. I like to come to work everyday to help someone that can’t help themselves.
Q: What is one piece of advice for others in your profession?
A: Don’t take everything to heart. Sometimes a client may say something to you that isn’t very nice, but they do not mean it.
Q: Who in your life inspires you and why?
A: My kids keep me going. I have three sons that are 15, 19, and 20. I also just adopted my three year old daughter last year.
Q: What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
A: I like to read books to my daughter. I’m a home body. I’d rather be at home than anywhere else.
Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?
A: I have a grandson!
