This month we are spotlighting Michelle M. who works as a DSP in Springfield! Michelle has been with Austen-Dooley for just under a year. We appreciate her because she is flexible and always willing to be a team player when we need help. You won’t find Michelle sitting until all tasks for the day are done. Michelle has crafted décor for a client’s bedroom to better represent her, a sentimental display case of post cards from a clients loved one, and has even reupholstered a storage bench for one of our homes. Michelle is always making our clients feel loved and special even in her free time.
