Direct Support Professionals are the backbone of Austen-Dooley services. These dedicated and caring individuals assist the residents in all aspects of daily living. Austen-Dooley provides all the training needed to become a successful Direct Support Professional.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to successfully pass a background screening.
Licensed Practical Nurses work alongside Direct Support Professionals to ensure that residents with medical challenges can successfully live in the community. Our higher level medical supported living services provide excellent individualized care to those who need it. LPN certification is required for this position and successfully pass a background screening.
Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse provides quality assurances and oversees the daily medical care provided by LPNS and Direct Support Professionals to ensure that we are meeting the health and medical needs of those we support. Must have active RN license and successfully pass a background screening.
